Shipping policy

All coffee orders are processed within 1 to 2 days depending on product availability, (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.  There may be delays due to a high volume of orders placed, postal service issues or bad weather.

All coffee only shipping rates are calculated at checkout using the United States Postal Service.

Apparel only orders are charged a flat fee.

Apparel plus coffee orders will have a shipping rate calculated at checkout using the United States Postal Service.

Local coffee deliveries will be made within 1 to 2 days after ordering. If you intend to order apparel with your coffee order and are in our free local delivery area you need to make two separate orders.  This is due to the fact that our apparel is made from a third party, therefore they will be shipping from their own warehouse separate our coffee warehouse.

Apparel orders are sent to production once the manufacturer receives your order.  Production and shipping times vary.  Any apparel item purchased should be delivered to the provide address 7 to 10 days from the order date.

Coffee order only customers will receive a shipping notification once the product has shipped or is placed out for delivery and should expect their package(s) within 2 to 3 days after the shipping label has been produced.  Each shipped package with the USPS will contain a tracking number.
